Researchware at the American Evaluation Association's Annual Meeting
Researchware attended the 25th Annual Meeting of the American Evaluation Association in Anaheim, California recently. We were delighted by the response we received, with people from around the world stopping by our booth.
The conference was Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, November 3-5, but there were pre-conference workshops running earlier in the week. We arrived Tuesday, so we could set up and meet people attending the pre-conference workshops on Wednesday.
We had a great mix of long time customers and people completely new to qualitative analysis software stopping by for demonstrations, conversations, or just to drop a card in our raffle for a free HyperBUNDLE.
Several people came by looking specifically for Dr. Sharlene Hesse-Biber, cofounder of Researchware and a leading qualitative researcher in the world today. Sharlene (right) is shown in the photo being updated by Researchware's Lead Developer, Richard Gaskin (center), on new goodies coming soon, while Researchware staffer Ann Dupuis (left) looks on. The photo was taken by Researchware cofounder Paul Dupuis, also in attendance at the AEA. We all very much enjoyed meeting people, demonstrating our simply powerful tools for qualitative research, and talking to fellow vendors.
Our Researchware sticky-note pads were extremely popular with several hundred given away during the conference. Like most of you, we are Researchware keep pretty busy and sometimes sticky notes are the difference between order and chaos for many of us. We're delighted so many people at the AEA meeting seemed to find them as useful as we do!
We also like to send out a huge congratulations to Liz Maker of Alameda County on being our prize winner in our drawing for a free HyperBUNDLE, a $1,095.00 retail value.
We look forward to seeing many of you at next year's AEA meeting in October 2012 in Minneapolis!
