Support Hours
Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (excluding US Holidays). Email or our Web form for Technical or Sales support is the best way to reach us. We try to be a responsive as we can and frequently reply to inquiries nights and weekends, but if you are asking a support or sales question in the middle of the night (our time), please do not expect a reply until our next business day.
For Gmail users: We have had some difficulty recently in sending to Gmail addresses. To make certain we can reply successfully to your support request, please do one of the following:
- Add support@researchware.com to your Gmail contact list (so that Gmail won't mark it as spam)
- Follow the instructions to whitelist researchware.com
- Give us an alternative email address to use.
