Researchware provides retail pricing and three discounted tiers for specific areas for our products. Please read the information below to determine the pricing tier you qualify for.

If you wish to return the software within 30 days of purchase, please request a refund through Avangate's "MyAccount" customer support account (created when you ordered our software through Avangate) and submit a refund request.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact Researchware's sales support team.

 

Please do not contest the charge, as that creates a hassle and extra fees for the vendors (both Avangate and Researchware) and takes longer than a properly requested refund will take.

 Eligibility
Commercial BUY NOW Researchware provides the lowest cost retail pricing of any leading desktop qualitative data analysis software on the market.
Government/Nonprofit BUY NOW Government nonprofit agencies and other nonprofit organization as defined under 501(c) in the United States (or International equivalent) and their employees are eligible for Researchware nonprofit pricing. Note: When purchasing online via Avangate, you may be charged VAT or sales tax (depending on your location). To request a refund of taxes collected by Avangate please send an electronic copy of your organization's tax exemption certificate to pay@avangate.com. Alternatively, you may purchase directly from Researchware using a purchase order. See our Purchasing Assistance page for more information.
Educational BUY NOW Educational organizations - accredited colleges and universities - are eligible for substantially discounted pricing on Researchware's simply powerful tools. For example, the discounted price for a single user license of HyperRESEARCH for an educational organization is more than 50% off the regular retail price. Note: When purchasing online via Avangate, you may be charged VAT or sales tax (depending on your location). To request a refund of taxes collected by Avangate please send an electronic copy of your organization's tax exemption certificate to pay@avangate.com. Students BUY NOW

Undergraduate, Graduate, and Post-Doctoral Students of accredited colleges and universities world-wide (excluding countries with software export restrictions), are eligible for special student pricing on our products. See below for benefits and limitations of this discount.

Student Pricing Benefits:

  • Eligible students receive the full featured version; just at a reduced price (i.e. the significant student discount on HyperRESEARCH represents a savings of $800 off full retail price).
  • Unlike competing products, there is no time limit on use
  • Your license is fully upgradable: You can upgrade at the student upgrade pricing while a student or at the Commercial, Government/nonprofit, or Educational upgrade pricing (as applicable) after you are no longer a student. There are no volume discounts for student pricing.

Limitations:

  • Your purchase of HyperRESEARCH must be for your own personal educational use only.
  • The license is for a single student use ONLY.
  • Educational institutions may not purchase HyperRESEARCH at the student price - only individual students are entitled to this discount. Refer to Educational Pricing for additional information.
