For Gmail users: To make certain we can reply successfully to your support request, please do one of the following:
- Add support@researchware.com to your Gmail contact list (so that Gmail won't mark it as spam)

- Give us an alternative email address to use.
Sales Support
Researchware's online sales are managed by Avangate, a leading e-commerce provider. They process orders for our software. Upon receipt of payment (via credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer) they send email containing your license key(s) and a receipt for your payment. They offer shopper support if you encounter any problems or need to look up a transaction or previous order: http://www.avangate.com/shopper-support/
To begin an order online, click Buy Now and choose the pricing tier you are eligible for (Commercial, Government/Nonprofit, Educational, Student).
If your institution requires a formal quote prior to ordering, uses purchase orders, and/or requires specific information to set a vendor up in your purchasing system, you may order directly from Researchware. We offer Net 30 terms, and deliver license keys on receipt of purchase order. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and checks.
