What information does researchware.com collect when I visit?

Do you keep technical support queries confidential?
Yes. Your support queries and statements are private unless you give us specific permission to make them public.

If your support issue is affected by a service that a third party provides to Researchware.com, we may discuss your support query with that person or company so that we can resolve your problem and improve our service.
