Registration Process

To become a Reseller, follow the registration process that begins with filling out and submitting the on-line Reseller Partner registration form.

After you register as a Reseller, you will receive an email from our payment processor, Element 5, with the subject line “Registration as reseller with ResearchWare, Inc.”

We are contacting you today regarding your registration as a reseller with
 ResearchWare, Inc..
 element 5 handles online software sales for ResearchWare, Inc.'s products
 and is processing your registration.
You are registered with the following data:
 Reseller ID:
Your reseller account has not yet been activated. You will not be able to
 submit orders until ResearchWare, Inc. has activated your account. You will
 be notified by e-mail regarding changes to your account status.

Next, you will receive a final email indicating your acceptance (or rejection) as a ResearchWare Reseller with the subject line “Activation as reseller with ResearchWare, Inc.”. This completes your Reseller Registration.

The Reseller ID and the password you entered when you registered online are
 important for placing future orders with ResearchWare, Inc..
To order this publisher's products, always use your reseller ID and the
 password you entered when you registered online. If the publisher has
 granted you special terms and conditions, these will only be honored if you
 use your reseller ID for online orders. The publisher's Web site contains
 information about reseller orders.
During the order process, you can choose to license ordered products in
 your own name and have them delivered to you, or to license them in your
 customer's name and have them delivered to your customer directly.

After completing the registration process, you can log in to any of the order pages to receive your reseller discount or see more information on Ordering as a Reseller. Additionally, you may wish to utilize Promotional Materials that ResearchWare makes available to its resellers for promoting our products.
