Enhanced Assistance and Support

In order to provide improved technical and purchasing support and assistance to you, both when you are considering Researchware products and after you have purchased, we have implemented a new support system. When you request support, the new support system will provide you with a support ticket code. You can see the status of your support ticket(s) and all past communications by logging on to our website and viewing "Your Support Tickets" under the Community menu. You can request assistance for any pre-sales technical or purchasing questions by selecting "Contact Sales Support" under the Sales menu. Customers needing technical assistance can select "Contact Technical Support" under the Support menu. As always, you can send email to either 'sales@researchware.com' for pre-sales technical or purchasing support or to 'support@researchware.com' for customer technical support. Our new ticket-based support system will allow Researchware to expand the number of staff we have responding to your inquires to provide broader  assistance, enhancing our existing highly regarded customer support.
